I haven't read the books yet. THey are still packed away somewhere in my garage. They are on my list of Books to Read Before I Die. ha!
I can't believe that you would say that. We loved watching Frodo be pitiful and pathetic as a Giant English Wus.
I found the real life Gollum yesterday.
Just re-viewed the Trilogy today with Rhett & #3 son. Well, we skipped about a bit. Yes, the eagles could have flown him. But the drama! The drama! We would have never had the chance to watch Samwise lift up his friend and say "I can't carry it for you, but I can carry you..." or something like that. So, yeah...
