Don't be embarrassed. It is not very clear on my links column, so I don't blame you. Others have asked too.
You probably need high speed net and Quicktime or Itunes.

I don't know if anyone else is having difficulty? I do have highspeed & quick time. It still seems to be getting hung up. Thought you'd want to know.
If you have issues I can send you a disc in the mail of the songs. It wouldn't be a problem. Let me know if you are interested in that.
