I will eat anything as long as it's not moving any more...except maybe beets and liver, although I haven't tried either in a long time so I'm not really sure.

Mrs. Me won't touch anything with nuts in it - and no, she's not allergic, just particular. Plus, she unaccountably dislikes Mexican food of all kinds which is very strange for a southern California gal.

Funny, funny stuff!!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17204128.post-60500245114299173492007-08-06T13:09:00.000-05:002007-08-06T13:09:00.000-05:00This post had me laughing. What IS it with husbands and picky eaters?

Oh, and YOU HAVE BEEN NAB'D.Jennhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10686252445732624786noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17204128.post-87696921619713656612007-08-06T07:00:00.000-05:002007-08-06T07:00:00.000-05:00Jennifer--thanks.Shealy---I am so glad to hear he ...Jennifer--thanks.

Shealy---I am so glad to hear he is home!!!!!

Carolanne---that is what I like about you, you just do it and say, ok, deal with it. I fret too much.

Dapoppins---Emma was going on about food on her blog.

Henny Penny---If I lived down the road I would very much love to bring you food. :)

Ba Doozie---You and I are so much alike at times! I love casseroles, but my family does not like things mixed together. I mean, sometimes I can get away with stuff with the kids only, but not with the big Kid in the house. Not Ever. The guy will just grill himself a burger, go out to BK, make popcorn, or eat saltines instead. I am screwed either way, man.Rhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04278853060753601322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17204128.post-34513150524195263422007-08-05T23:48:00.000-05:002007-08-05T23:48:00.000-05:00I like powerbars too. I learned to do it well though and have several yummy casserole ideas. Do they like potato's? cheese? sausage? bacon? green beans?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17204128.post-329022151404655822007-08-05T18:07:00.000-05:002007-08-05T18:07:00.000-05:00Please come to my house and cook! If we didn't like it, too bad, we still had to eat it or miss out on "dessert!"

My dh on the other hand, is more picky. His mum fed him food he enjoyed. We had a list of foods he didn't enjoy and would still serve them up. He'd enjoy the dinner until we told him it had "tomatoes" in it, for example. I only made boneless/skinless chicken for years because they were all so small at the same time, and then they could just eat it without any help from me. RT never got over it. Today he comes home from 5 weeks of MRE's and camp food. We will see if it actually makes him appreciative of my cooking.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17204128.post-5656006072970648902007-08-04T09:20:00.000-05:002007-08-04T09:20:00.000-05:00LOL!
